
ESP (ENGLISH SPECIFIC for PURPOSES)
This course introduces students to the principles and practices of English for Specific Purposes (ESP), focusing on language use tailored to particular academic, professional, or occupational contexts. Students learn to analyze target needs, develop domain-specific vocabulary, and practice reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills relevant to specialized fields. The course emphasizes authentic materials and real-world tasks, enabling students to communicate effectively in contexts such as business, tourism, education, science, or technology.

Leadership in Innovative Edupreneurship
This course explores the role of leadership in developing innovative approaches to edupreneurship. It examines the intersection between education, entrepreneurship, and innovation, with a focus on how leadership skills can transform educational institutions and practices into entrepreneurial and sustainable ventures. Topics include leadership for change, educational entrepreneurship, innovation management, and case studies of successful edupreneurship initiatives.
Students will engage in projects that combine leadership principles with creative and entrepreneurial thinking. While the course content is mainly delivered in Indonesian, all assignments, reports, and presentations are required to be in English to strengthen students’ academic and professional communication skills.
By the end of the course, students are expected to be able to explain the principles of innovative leadership in the context of edupreneurship, analyze models and case studies of educational entrepreneurship, and demonstrate the ability to design innovative edupreneurship projects. They will also learn to communicate entrepreneurial ideas and project outcomes effectively in English, both orally and in writing, as well as apply critical and creative thinking to solve challenges related to educational entrepreneurship.

Personal and Professional Development
This course focuses on developing students’ personal and professional competencies to enhance their effectiveness as future English teachers. Topics include self-awareness, goal setting, time management, ethical and professional behavior, interpersonal communication, leadership, and career planning. Through reflective activities, workshops, and guided projects, students cultivate skills that support lifelong learning, professional growth, and readiness to enter the workforce in education or related fields aligned with the profile of PBI graduates.
